It depends on the line. LuxFit is made to order in Europe and typically delivers in 3–4 weeks from confirmation. LuxCore production and delivery typically take 2–4 weeks. LuxWood, due to its custom, handcrafted nature, has an estimated delivery time of 10–12 weeks.

Because every shutter is made to order, we encourage careful planning before you place an order. Our configurator and support team are here to help. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, we'll make it right.

• Assessment: We'll review your request and may ask for photos.
• Authorization: If approved, we'll send return instructions and an authorization code.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in original or protective packaging.
• Resolution: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement.

Returns are not accepted for errors made by the customer (e.g., wrong measurements or design choices) or for items that have already been installed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
